Since 1983, our Chef Michael has fed the Corporate and Television worlds, and over 500 concert artists from Garth Brooks & Tony Bennett to The Who. He adds his epicurean touch to everything from company picnics in the park, to grand holiday extravaganzas, to The Grammy Awards!

Boneless breast of chicken is sautéed with
a splash of virgin olive oil, lemon juice and
White wine topped with capers

layered with a Pomodoro sauce

Beverage service is available from the time caterers arrives on site, until caterers depart after wrapping up the buffet. Client should plan to provide beverages for events that will extend past the caterers’ departure, or arrange for all day beverage service.

All Holiday Menus Include
Condiments, all paper goods and plastic utensils, holiday themed table coverings for buffet tables, serving tables and serving equipment. The serving area is cleaned up afterwards.

Prices do not include Labor, Sales Tax, or customary Service Charge of 17%.
For 500+ guests, the cost per person will be lower. For under 60 guests, the cost may be higher. All these menu plans are presented for buffet service. Sit Down Meals, Formal Events, and Events with Stations have other requirements. Any menu can be customized.
