  • Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to operate all of our equipment, rides, and services. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) naming your organization as additionally insured upon request.

  • For larger events, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for specific rides or popular dates. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • Every event is unique! Costs vary widely depending on the services you choose. A simple photo booth rental cost will be very different from the cost to rent a carnival ride. We specialize in building custom packages to fit any budget and will provide a detailed, itemized quote with no hidden fees.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We monitor the weather closely leading up to all outdoor events. While deposits are generally non-refundable, we will work with you to reschedule your event or services whenever possible in the case of severe weather. Please discuss specific cancellation concerns with our event coordinators.
